Originally owned by Pandani Select Foods, The Hygienic Butchery was sold to its current Directors in July 2017 and shortly after the Tarkines Ridge brand evolved. Tarkines Ridge is now owned by a family of artisan butchers who are dedicated, passionate, highly experienced and committed to providing the best possible premium quality meat that tastes amazing.

All of our stock is hand-picked from the best breeds and reared by local farmers on the North West Coast of Tasmania. The Tarkines Ridge team are committed to uphold and follow quality and ethical practices. The welfare of our animals is of paramount importance to The Tarkines Ridge experienced butchers and team.
